Registration with, use of, and access to JasonClix's Services are subject to JasonClix's Panel Terms and Conditions.

Your use of JasonClix's Services is completely voluntary and therefore JasonClix's processing of your Personal Data in connection with the Services and this Privacy Policy is with your consent. JasonClix strives to conform its privacy practices to applicable laws, codes, and regulations. For clarification, except for Panels that have a separate privacy policy, this Privacy Policy applies to all of JasonClix's survey research Panels, including, without limitation, JasonClix (each a “Panel” and collectively the “Panels”). All references in this Privacy Policy to JasonClix include JasonClix and its subsidiary and affiliated companies. All references to “us” or “we” refer to JasonClix.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term “Personal Data” shall include, without limitation, your name, address (es), telephone number(s) (including home, mobile, and/or business telephone numbers), email address (es), date of birth, the unique identification number we assign to you (individually a “UID” and collectively “UIDs”)”), reward, loyalty, or incentive account numbers and Sensitive Data (as defined herein).


Information You Provide
We collect information from Panel members during and after registration, including, without limitation, during participation in a survey and in connection with the receipt and redemption of rewards and incentives. Information may be collected in various ways, including inquiry forms, registration forms, surveys, and contests. JasonClix collects additional data included in your member profile you submit voluntarily. When you sign up for a Panel you will be asked to provide certain Personal Data and demographic information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, date of birth, racial and gender information.

In addition to the collection of Personal Data mentioned above, during and subsequent to the registration process, you may be asked to voluntarily provide or disclose Sensitive Data. “Sensitive Data” means Personal Data that discloses or reveals health and medical conditions, sexual orientation or sexual life, political opinions/views, race/ethnic origin, religious and philosophical beliefs and trade-union membership. Sensitive Data is used to target survey opportunities to you. You may refuse to answer certain questions or discontinue participation at any time.

When you join a Panel, we ask you to provide us with information such as your first/last name, Gender,street address,phone number, and active email address. We may use this information to send you a welcome email or text message, or make a test call and to confirm your identity. When you participate in surveys, you may be asked for your personal information, as well as demographic information, such as your age, type of job, and household income,Education,working industry.

We may also collect your phone number in order to better facilitate your use of the Services. By way of example, and without any limitation, we may use your phone number to identify you, or to send you reminders or other information, via voice or text message, about Surveys you have participated in, or about future Survey or other opportunities. We will not use your phone number for sales or marketing purposes. When you redeem points, we may ask you to provide us with additional information in order to transfer rewards to your verify PayPal account. The information requested may include: PayPal email address, PayPal account full name. In order to provide high quality service and to protect our members and the Website, we take steps to make sure that JasonClix members provide honest and accurate information about themselves and to all survey questions to the best of their ability. These steps may include sending you a text message or email to confirm your contact information or asking you to provide personal information through security questions to help us verify your identity before you can redeem your points for rewards.
